Pear Berry & Sesame Smoothie Bowl
Quarantine should be lifting slowly soon here in Germany, with most of us teachers returning back to the classroom, combined with online teaching. I really do miss my little kiddos, so seeing them in our online lesson will be nice at least! Hopefully I will be able to see them back in the classroom soon.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- a handful of frozen berries
- 1 pear
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp tea blend seeds
Instructions:
- Add 2/3 of the banana, 2/3 of the pear and the frozen berries together in the blender and blend.
- Cut up the rest of the banana and pear into slices and save to layer onto the smoothie bowl.
- Pour the blended fruits into a bowl and top off with remaining fruit slices, sesame seeds and tea blend.
- Eat and enjoy!
